Gray Matter - Burn No Bridges
In light of some of the weirder hardcore I’ve posted/mentioned lately, such as Articles Of Faith, this is one of those albums where pretty much every song is mindblowing. I chose this one, ‘cause I really like the message - I feel like there are few songs that tell you NOT to burn the bridge (usually, it’s quite the contrary).
With that said, BURN NO BRIDGES TO STAY WARM!
I’ve based almost every song I’ve written in the last year on this band. Phenomenal and pretty underrated.
I’m catching up with so much new music from 2012, it’s been such a fantastic year for music. This is the year I feel I’ve really expanded my horizons and learned to appreciate a wealth of materials I never would have given a chance before. Expect many groveling posts gushing over beautiful vocalists in the not-too-distant future.
And HAPPY NEW YEAR’S!
Ostre sledované vlaky, 1966
It’s moments like this where I feel like everything is right in the world. Not only has someone else posted a gif from one of the most criminally underrated masterpieces, but it’s gotten a ton of reblogs. I don’t even care if it’s a bunch of kids who are like, “LOL LOOK MISSED KISSY KISSY.” So good.
